Ellen Miller is an Executive Fellow at the London Business School and an independent consultant with a portfolio of board positions. Her areas of interest include diversity, career transition, leadership and management. She was involved in setting up the Centre for Women in Business at London Business School, she advises the Women in Business Club and serves on the Sloan Women’s Fellowship Review Panel. Her board positions include the Advisory Committee for Management Education at INSEAD, the International Advisory Board of SDA Bocconi, the Development Board of the Bodleian Library of Oxford University and the Higher Education Funding Council of England’s Committee on Employability and Skills. Miller spent 25 years in investment banking, most recently as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and was responsible for graduate recruitment, academic relations and training and development.
